Oxano-lab 20mg, also known as Anavar, is a quite mild oral steroid which contains Oxandrolone and is prefered by many for it's high anabolic activity while being a pretty safe drug when it comes to side effects. It has a broad spectrum effect, which is used diversily and depending on the purpose of the athlete. Bodybuilders and powerlifters are especially fond of Oxandrolone. This is primarily due to the fact that it contributes to a strong increase in strength. Such effect is possible because of the synthesis of creatine phosphate, which is raised in the muscle cell and thus does not accumulate fluid. Weightlifters who do not want to move to a higher weight category use it as the drug gives them the opportunity to become stronger, not adding to their own weight. Good results are obtained by simultaneous use of Oxandrolone and Clenbuterol 40 to 120 mcg per day. Although Oxandrolone and does not promote significant muscle growth, it significantly enhances the effect of other steroids on the body. It is quite effective when combined with injectable steroids like Deca-Durabolin, Dianabol, and various versions of Testosterone, as Anavar contributes on strength gains while the other steroids help to accumulate fluid which leads to a strong growth of tissue, the result is more muscle mass. A combination of 200 mg of Deca-Durabolin a week, 500 mg of Testosterone Enanthate per week and 25 mg of Oxandrolone per day, will provided to the majority of athletes a good gain in strength and muscle mass. Deca-Durabolin has a distinct anabolic effect and stimulates the synthesis of proteins, Oxandrolone improves strength, and testosterone makes the athlete more aggressive during the workout and accelerates regeneration.

Dosages of 20 to 50 mg of Oxano-lab per day for men and 5-10 mg daily for women seem to bring good results. Easy rule of daily administration of 0.25mg of the drug per kilogram of body weight was justified in practice. The tablets are usually taken 2-3 times daily after meals, and thus achieving optimal absorption of the drug. Since Oxandrolone is little toxic and unlikely to cause side effects, it is taken by many athletes for longer periods of time. BUT it is still, like almost all oral steroids, alkylated by 17-alpha and constitutes a burden on the liver so we advise limiting the use of anavar to 6 weeks.

Women with sensitive reactions to anabolic steroids achieve good results with the combination of oxandrolone and Primobolan S and/or Clenbuterol. There is very low risk of virilization with Oxano-lab for women but only if used at lower dosages. Using over 20mg daily will most probably lead to such side effects.
