How can you prove you are legit and I won't get scammed?
We are official supplier of Geneza Pharmaceuticals, Sciroxx and Gen-Shi Laboratories. You can check this on their official websites. You can also contact them and ask about us.
What is the average arrival time?
We ship orders within 4 business days after the payment is received depending on how big is the order. After a package is shipped the average arrival time is 2-3 week, depending on the destination and the country your order was shipped from.
I would like to place a pretty large order. Is it safe to do so or it's better to place a few smaller orders?
You can place any orders you like. Large orders is not a problem for us. Our shippers have pretty good experience in packing and shipping any type of orders. They can split up your order in several packages depending on how they think is the safest way to get it through customs. Also if you have any shipping or packing preferences you can write a comment when you place your order and our shippers will ship it according to your preferences
How do I place an order?
Our site was made as simple as possible for yours convenience.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Browes the site and look for the products you what to order and if it's in stock then enter the amount you need then click on "buy now".
3. You will be redirected to your shopping cart where you will see the products and amounts that you added by that moment. You can adjust here the amount of products you need. You must click on "Update Shopping Cart" if you made any change in it.
4. Repeat step 2 until you added all products you need.
5. Proceed to check out and follow all the steps once you added all products you need to your shopping cart.
How do I edit my order or shipping address?
You can't edit your order if you already submitted payment info for it. Otherwise go to your order history, find the order you want to change and click on "more details", then click on "edit order". All the next steps are similar to those of placing a new order

Where do you ship from? Can I have my order shipped domestic?
We sihp from 8 locations all over the world. Unfortunately domestic shipping is not available at the moment.
Do I have to sign form my package when it's delivered and do you ship to PO Box?
Sure we ship to PO Boxes. Yes you'll have to sign for the package as we ship all orders via registered mail.
What is the smallest order I can make on your site?
We do not have a minimum order required.
Is it legal to purchase your products?
The products we sell are legal in some countries. Since the law differs from country to country you have to contact your local FDA or customs department to find out whether a product is legal or not.
Can I pay via Credit Card on your site?
Credit card payment option is not available right now but we are working on this and hope to make it available soon
You sent me 2 packages the same day. I've received only one. Where is the other one?
Don't worry about this. Your package is on the way. We ship packages from different warehouses. Since the mail service is different in this locations it's normal that one package is a little late.
I would like to create an account on your site but I'm not sure if it's safe?
We assure you it is safe. We never share the information about our customers with other people from outside of our company. All information about our users is stored on an encrypted server so it's impossible to hack it. You can feel safe with us.
I got my package but some vials are broken. How can we solve this?
Please take some pictures of the broken vials and package and ask our customer support team for an e-mail address to send them. After the pictures are verified you will get a reshipment.
