Shipping & Returns Policy

Here are answers to common questions about shipping and returns. We aim to make this information clear and easy to understand.

When will I receive my order?

We process and ship your order within 1-2 business days after cleared payment is received. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10 to 18 days for International Orders and 3 to 5 days for US Domestic orders.

What is your reshipment policy?

We guarantee delivery to most countries. However, we do not guarantee delivery and will not reship to: Canada, Australia, New Zealand.

A package can be considered lost and reshipped if not delivered within 35 days from the shipment date. Contact our customer support team if your package hasn't arrived after this period.

If you receive a seizure letter from customs, contact customer support. They will provide an email address where you can send photos of the letter. We'll guide you through next steps once we receive the photos.

Do you accept returns?

No Returns Accepted Policy: For health, safety, and legal reasons, we do not accept returns on any pharmaceutical products, including prescription and over-the-counter medications, once they have left our premises.

This policy is in place to ensure the integrity, safety, and proper storage conditions of all medicines, as we cannot guarantee a returned product has been unaltered or stored correctly.

All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Is express shipping available?

No, we do not offer express shipping. All orders are shipped via standard mail as described below.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $35 for US Domestic orders and $45 for International orders. Orders of $1000 or more qualify for free shipping automatically.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO addresses. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.

What courier do you use? Is signature required?

We ship all orders with Registered Air Mail. A signature is normally not required upon delivery though it might be in some cases. Please use your real name and accurate address to avoid delivery issues. We won't reship orders in case of failed delivery due to fake name being used.
