Nandrolona F (Nandrolone Phenylpropionate)

Nandrolona F is almost the same as the Nandrolona D when it comes to side effects and muscle enhancement. The most important difference between these to nandrolones is the release time. If nandrolone decanoate has a release duration of 1-2 weeks and even more, nandrolone phenylpropionate has an active life of only 2-3 days. Therefore it required more often injections then deca, every few days. Estrogen convertion is out of discussion with this compound. From this point of view Nandrolona F is the same as nandrolone decanoate although there is an opinion that it promotes a slightly lower water retention level. But this is probably just in case of medical use when the concentration in the blood is lower.

There should be no concern about developing gynecomastia with this steroid, even for those more sensitive to estrogens. One should expect from this steroid a slow but quality muscle gain. Another good property of Nandrolona F is that a higher percentage of the muscles will be kept after the cycle is finished as the gained mass is not based on the stored water due to estrogen convertion. The same as testosterone, nandrolone phenylpropionate can interact with the 5-alpha reductase enzyme, only in this case it will break down to dihydronanrolone which is a milder metabolite even than nandrolone. Thus androgenic side effects like acne, oily skin, body/facial hair growth are less likely to appear.

How to use Nandrolona F

Nandrolona F is usually used when the bodybuilder is on a diet or is preparing for a show and water retention is a major concern in this cases. The average dosage for a man is 200-300 mg per week, injecting it every 2-3 days. Due to the fact that the side effects are almost unnoticed with this compound it can be used for a quite long time even up to few month. For women the preferred dosage is 50-75 mg per week, injected once a week.

Nandrolona F side effects

Even if upbuilding of estradiol is not noticed, the suppression of endogenous testosterone production can occur. Therefore use of an ancillary drug such as clomid or hcg after the cycle is ended. This should rehabilitate the testes activity.
